The Akyga® AK-PC-06S computer power cable is a robust cable designed to power workstations, monitors, printers and selected audio-visual and household appliances. It connects a European CEE 7/7 Schuko plug with IEC C13 connector, commonly used in electronic equipment. The 3 m length provides greater freedom when organising your workspace and allows you to conveniently connect your device even when the socket is further away from your desk.
Thicker copper conductors: 3 × 1.5 mm²
Inside the cable are three high-quality copper (CU) conductors with a cross-section of 3 × 1.5 mm². This is twice the cross-section found in many standard cables. As a result, the power cable has lower resistance, generates less heat and reduces energy loss under heavier loads. This solution works well with high-performance computer systems, workstations, home servers and sophisticated multimedia set-ups. The thicker cable ensures a stable power supply even during prolonged use of the device.
IEC C13 connector for computers and monitors
The IEC C13 connector is commonly used in desktop computers, monitors, printers and audio-visual equipment. The CEE 7/7 plug, on the other hand, combines Type E and Type F standards, which is why it fits many European earthed sockets. Type F plugs, known as Schuko, are the most common electrical connector used in Europe.
