The Akyga® AKY2832 is an 18650 battery pack in a 1S2P configuration, comprising two Li-Ion INR18650 cells connected in parallel. This design maintains a nominal voltage of 3.6 V whilst increasing the total capacity of the battery pack to 6400 mAh. As a result, the pack is ideal as a power source for various types of electronic devices requiring stable operation and high capacity.
1S2P configuration – greater battery capacity
The pack utilises two Li-Ion cells connected in parallel. This means that the pack’s voltage remains the same as that of a single battery, whilst their capacities add together. This design allows for longer operating times for devices.
Built-in PCM protection
The Li-Ion pack is equipped with a PCM (Power Management Circuit), which enhances the safety of battery use. The protection system safeguards the cells against, amongst other things, overcharging, over-discharging and short-circuiting. This helps to minimise the risk of cell damage during everyday use and charging.
Cvilux 2-pin connector
The pack features wires terminated with a Cvilux CP-01102010 connector. This facilitates connecting the battery to compatible devices and replacing a worn-out pack. Before installation, check the compatibility of the connector, the polarity of the wires, the voltage and the dimensions of the battery.
