LiFePO4 Battery 12.8 V 100 Ah – Reliable Power for Years

The Akyga® AK-BC-08 LiFePO4 battery, with a voltage of 12.8 V and a capacity of 100 Ah, is a modern energy storage solution that combines high performance, durability and safe operation. With 1280 Wh (1.28 kWh) of stored energy, it is ideal for campervans, caravans, boats, solar installations and backup power systems. It provides a stable power supply for lighting, portable fridges, electronic equipment and other electrical devices.

LiFePO4 Technology – Long Service Life and High Performance

The lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) technology offers a long service life, excellent thermal stability and low weight. The battery retains more than 70% of its original capacity even after exceeding 4,000 full charging cycles, allowing for many years of reliable use. Weighing just 16 kg, it delivers a continuous discharge current of 100 A, with a maximum of 120 A for short-term loads.

Built-in BMS – Battery Safety and Protection

The Akyga® AK-BC-08 battery features a built-in Battery Management System (BMS) that monitors cell operating parameters and protects against overcharging, over-discharging, short circuits, overcurrent and operation outside the permitted temperature range. The system also controls charging and discharging processes and supports voltage balancing between individual cells. This enhances operational safety and helps extend the battery's service life.

Expandable Energy Storage – 4S4P Configuration

Another advantage of the Akyga® AK-BC-08 is its expandable energy storage capability. The battery supports series and parallel connections in configurations of up to 4S4P, allowing you to create a system of up to 16 batteries with a total nominal energy capacity of 20.48 kWh. This makes it suitable for both small mobile power systems and larger off-grid solar installations.
